Our approach to continuity planning consists of first conducting a business impact analysis to understand the potential impacts of a disaster or significant unplanned outage, and then – once the full scope of the impact is understood – we conduct a risk analysis to understand the likelihood of each scenario or event. The risk analysis becomes the basis for creating plans to guide the restoration of services and to ensure a smooth transition from normal to recovery operations.
