When do my health benefits start?
As a new employee of KCG, your health benefits will start the 1st of the month after your start date.

When can I participate in the 401(k) plan?
Full-time employees are eligible to start participating in the plan on their start date.

Do you offer flexible scheduling?
When appropriate, yes. We are a professional services company and need to accommodate our clients' needs. If we can make arrangements for this on the client site, KCG will fully support the schedule. KCG recognizes the need for flexible schedules for some employees and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your needs.
