Dusty Wince

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Dusty Wince is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of (KCG) – the government’s trusted advisor. Leveraging more than 25 years of Information Technology (IT) consulting experience and a proven formula for success, he founded KCG in 2000. Dusty has presided over the company’s successful transformation from a small start-up company to the leading provider of cybersecurity services to the federal government and a provider of business advisory services to the federal market.

Prior to founding KCG, Dusty served as Vice President of Consulting for Federal Sources, Inc., the leading market research firm focused on the public sector IT market, where he grew its consulting business by concentrating on large, complex federal IT program capture services, as well as assisting emerging technology companies in expanding their federal presence.

Dusty previously served as Vice President of CIBER Enterprise Integration Practice (EIP), where he built a practice based on delivering Microsoft enterprise services to government clients with mission-critical programs. Prior to CIBER EIP, Dusty was co-founder and Vice President of Business Impact Systems (BIS), the 1998 #1 Fastest Growing Technology Company in Virginia and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. As Vice President of Government Services for BIS, Dusty developed a highly profitable practice supplying enterprise integration services and constructing partnerships with industry leading systems integration and defense companies. Dusty was the first employee of Business Impact Systems and played a significant role in building the company from two employees to over 150 in less than six years. He began his career with Electronic Data Systems and spent over 10 years with the Military Systems Division, where he worked as program manager for large IDIQ contracts supplying networking products and services to U.S. military customers.

Dusty has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Phoenix.
